Meijer in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a Stocking Clerk to keep shelves stocked and provide excellent customer service. This entry-level role focuses on stocking, merchandising, and friendly interactions with customers.

You will work with a team to maintain organized backrooms and accurate shelf placement, with overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead. Meijer offers development programs for advancement and career growth.

Formación

• Comfortable using basic technology.

What You’ll Do

As a Stocking Clerk, you play a critical role in keeping our store running smoothly. Your work ensures shelves are fully stocked for our customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll:

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products

• Move product from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately

• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back‑room areas

• Work closely with leadership to ensure assigned areas are completed on time

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed

• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead

• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly

What You Bring

• You’re comfortable learning and using basic technology

• You follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way

• You stay calm and productive in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
