Job summary

Bonfiglioli USA, INC. is seeking an Assembly Machine Operator to join our Hebron, KY team. You will assemble CTL gearboxes on the US production line and support quality checks.

This entry-level role requires basic reading/writing/math, a high school diploma or equivalent, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Work on 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–5:30 PM, with starting pay of $25.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school acceptable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity with hand tools.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Safety-conscious with reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill production requirements while maintaining safety, quality and cycle time requirements.
• Assemble products to Bonfiglioli Standards of Quality.
• Adhere to policies and procedures per Bonfiglioli handbook.
