Job description

As a Sales Engineer for our Kracht brand, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business through OEMs by leveraging your technical expertise and relationships in the market. You will report to the President of Industrial Flow North America and work closely with the product team to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

You will:

  1. Engage in face-to-face and remote sales to existing and new customers, primarily OEMs.
  2. Assess customer needs and provide technical and commercial support through appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
  3. Deliver sales presentations and represent the brand at trade shows.
  4. Develop medium to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with your targeted customers.
  5. Ensure successful implementation of sales strategies by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales of products requiring technical explanation.
  • You have experience with hydraulic applications.
  • You have experience working with ERP and CRM systems.
  • You have the ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • You have a 4-year college degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • You have experience with pumps and flow measurement devices, gear pumps preferably.
