Job summary

Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, CO, is hiring for winter 2026/27 as Gear Movement Specialist and other seasonal positions. You will transport ski and snowboard gear between warehouses and stores, load/unload, and maintain records. Starting wage is $23.00 to $29.22 per hour, with full- and part-time hours available.

Housing is not provided. Applicants must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50 lbs. The company offers free passes, lessons, and discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Transport skis, snowboards, boots, and accessories between warehouse, retail stores, ski valets and tune shops.
• Load and unload equipment safely to prevent damage.
• Maintain records of inventory in transit.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with store and warehouse teams.
• Assist with other logistics or inventory tasks as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
