Job summary

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, take precise measurements for replacement parts, and operate diagnostic equipment in a safe, organized shop environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and 2–5+ years of industrial electromechanical repair experience or an equivalent combination of education and work history.

• Take precise measurements to determine correct replacement parts.
• Safely operate diagnostic and repair equipment.
• Maintain accurate, timely job records.
• Support onboarding and skill development of less experienced technicians.
• Uphold safety, quality, and shop organization standards.
• Work across equipment types including AC/DC motors, blowers, submersible/split-case/close-coupled pumps, and gearboxes.
