The Gear Advisor II is a mid-level sales role responsible for driving revenue growth through consultative selling, relationship management, and high-performance execution within a contact center environment.
This role goes beyond transactional support, requiring ownership of a book of business, proactive customer engagement, and consistent achievement of sales and productivity targets. Gear Advisors II stand above in their product knowledge by actively participating in regularly provided in-person, hands-on product and vendor training. They also become experts in digital tools, and AI-enabled resources to deliver personalized solutions and maximize every customer interaction.
Success in this role requires strong sales performance, disciplined schedule adherence, and the ability to operate independently in a competitive, results-driven environment.
