GE Vernova, Inc. invites you to join our Longmont, Colorado supply chain team as an intern focused on developing and improving manufacturing and supply chain processes while deploying lean manufacturing practices.

You will collaborate with engineers and supervisors to drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements, with on-site work in Longmont. The program emphasizes data-driven decision making and hands-on equipment projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom database and software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as an individual.
• Current enrollment in undergrad or graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer, Supply Chain or related field).
• US citizen.
• Ability to work on site in Longmont, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish standard work procedures.
• Collect and analyze data to aid in data driven decision making.
• Execute Lean 5S activities in the manufacturing shop.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, materials team members, and manufacturing engineers to support and lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

The pay range for this position is $1,000-$2,000 USD weekly. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
