Our Asheville campus is home to individuals committed to learning, achievement, and collaboration. The campus includes facilities for producing highly complex rotating parts for commercial and military aircraft engines, as well as a Ceramic Matrix Composites facility that creates high-tech, efficient components for future aircraft engines. Our product range includes shafts, seals, retainers, and discs, enhancing the performance of commercial, military, marine, and industrial engines.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Complete required training curricula for each fabrication process.
  • Complete all required compliance and EHS training, and participate in safety and quality audits.
  • Actively contribute as a member of a high-performance, self-directed work team.
  • Utilize and apply skills in Ply Cutting, Lay-up, Autoclave, Burnout, Melt Infiltration, Grit Blasting, Machining, Non-Conventional Machining (EDM), and Inspection.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED; willing to work 3rd shift.
  • Flexibility to work off shifts and travel for training as required.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Desired Characteristics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to rotate between CMC and Rotating Parts as needed.
  • Proficiency with computer systems.
  • Experience operating autoclaves and furnaces.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong documentation skills.
  • Leadership, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Layup Certification preferred.
