Essential Responsibilities
  • Complete required training curriculum for each fabrication process.
  • Complete all required compliance, EHS, safety, and quality training.
  • Participate in safety and quality audits.
  • Contribute actively to a high-performance, self-directed team.
  • Apply skills in Ply Cutting, Lay-up, Autoclave, Burnout, Melt Infiltration, Grit Blasting, Machining, Non-Conventional Machining (EDM), Inspection.
Qualifications/Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED. Willing to work 3rd shift.
  • Flexibility to work off shifts and travel for training as needed.
  • Manual dexterity to perform tasks.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Desired Characteristics
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Flexibility to rotate between CMC and Rotating Parts.
  • Proficiency with computer systems.
  • Experience operating autoclaves and furnaces.
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong documentation skills.
  • Leadership, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
  • Layup Certification preferred.
