Job summary

Technica LLC seeks a Production Control Clerk for a Government contract supporting the White Sands Test Center at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. The role emphasizes managing maintenance work orders, data accuracy, and timely communication with supervisors to ensure schedule compliance.

You will compile production reports, monitor work-order status, coordinate with maintenance and supply personnel, and maintain records in GCSS-Army and standard Office applications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Hands-on GCSS-Army experience in a military maintenance, production-control, or logistics environment.
• Ability to create, update, monitor, research, and report work-order and material-requisition information using GCSS-Army.
• Working knowledge of AESIP and Logistics Data Analysis Center applications.
• Knowledge of Army maintenance and supply documentation, including DA Forms 2404, 5988-E, 2407, 2407-1.
• Experience preparing production reports and tracking maintenance workload.
• Ability to follow procedures, schedules, priorities, and recording requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create, process, update, monitor, and close automated and non-automated maintenance work orders in GCSS-Army.
• Compile and record production data from customer work requests and maintenance documents.
• Monitor work orders from receipt through completion and update status changes and milestones.
• Notify supervision of delays, missing documentation, or conditions affecting completion.
• Prepare recurring and special production reports (work-order status, maintenance, parts consumption).
