Job Description

We are seeking a GCP Tech Lead to serve as the technical leader and owner of the enterprise Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. This individual will define cloud architecture standards, drive cloud transformation initiatives, and build secure, scalable, and automated GCP environments in highly regulated enterprise settings. As the GCP subject matter expert, you will own the enterprise GCP platform end-to-end, including organization hierarchy, landing zone architecture, networking, security, IAM, governance, compliance, observability, Kubernetes strategy, and Infrastructure as Code standards. You will lead platform engineering initiatives focused on automation, self-service capabilities, operational excellence, and cloud cost optimization while partnering closely with architecture, security, networking, operations, and application teams. This hands‑on leadership role requires deep expertise in GCP, Terraform, GitOps, and Kubernetes, with responsibility for architecting enterprise‑grade networking and security solutions, implementing automated compliance and CI/CD frameworks, driving FinOps initiatives, authoring architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and evaluating emerging technologies such as Vertex AI, GKE Enterprise, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with hands‑on engineering experience and serves as the final authority for GCP platform strategy, design, and operational excellence across the enterprise.

Skills and Requirements
