Job summary

Global Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a GCP DevOps Engineer to guide secure GCP landing zones, IAM, and network security, ensuring alignment with organizational policies for scalable deployments.

You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure reliable, compliant GCP environments, implement IaC for cloud foundations, and champion security-first CI/CD practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in DevOps, cloud engineering, or platform/infrastructure roles.
• 3+ years with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), focusing on foundations, networking, and security.
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise GCP Landing Zones (CFT or equivalent).
• Strong background in cloud security architecture, IAM, and network security design.
• Experience integrating security into CI/CD workflows and automating policy enforcement.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).

Responsibilities

• GCP Architecture: design and configure secure, enterprise-ready landing zones for PoC, pilots, and deployments.
• Domain Expertise: provide IAM and networking expertise.
• Advisory & Collaboration: lead workshops with client teams and provide strategic recommendations.
• Security & Compliance: ensure platform enablement follows security policies and governance.
• Develop and enforce cloud security baselines, guardrails, and governance across GCP resources.
• Implement and manage IaC for cloud foundations (VPC, shared services).
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines with shift-left security.
• Lead Zero Trust, identity federation, and least privilege access models.
• Define and manage SCC, Chronicle SIEM, and other security tooling for monitoring.
