Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a DevOps & Data Engineer - GCP to join our Alpharetta team. You will design and maintain cloud-native apps on Google Cloud, implement data pipelines with Databricks, and automate delivery with CI/CD and GitOps.

You will manage APIs, artifacts with Artifactory, and secure cloud infrastructure following IAM and governance practices. The role emphasizes building event-driven solutions using Pub/Sub, Kafka, and Terraform-based provisioning, with Azure DevOps for release management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development.
• 5+ years with Google Cloud Platform services (GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Spanner, AlloyDB, Cloud Storage).
• 5+ years with Databricks and cloud-based data engineering.
• 5+ years implementing CI/CD, GitOps, and API development.
• 5+ years with JFrog Artifactory and Azure DevOps.
• 5+ years IaC using Terraform.
• 5+ years building event-driven solutions with Pub/Sub and Kafka.
• 5+ years GCP security, IAM, encryption, governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native apps and infra on GCP (GKE, Cloud Run).
• Develop and optimize data engineering solutions with Databricks.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices.
• Build and maintain APIs for integration and services.
• Establish artifact management using JFrog Artifactory.
• Develop data ingestion pipelines using BigQuery, Spanner, AlloyDB, Cloud Storage.
• Design event-driven architectures with Pub/Sub and Kafka.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform.
• Ensure GCP security: IAM, encryption, monitoring, governance.
• Manage source code repos and release pipelines using Azure DevOps.
