Job summary

ASB Resources is seeking a cloud-focused architect to own and advance the Google Cloud Platform stack, driving technical direction across systems and architecture.

You will design data analytics solutions in GCP, implement infrastructure as code with Terraform, and collaborate across teams to ensure secure, scalable cloud applications. Experience with data lakehouse architectures and ETL in Google tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience migrating and re-engineering enterprise apps to cloud.
• Expertise in data lake, lakehouse, Delta lake design and implementation.
• ETLs around data using Google platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology stack on Google Cloud Platform and drive technical direction for systems and architecture.
• Design data analytics solutions using Google Cloud offerings.
• Work cross-functionally with developers, cloud engineers, business teams and CSPs on architecture requirements.
• Participate in application security reviews and threat modeling, including code review and dynamic testing.
• Provide feedback to portfolio managers and architects to refine service design and security standards.
