Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC is seeking an experienced GCP Data Engineer to design scalable data pipelines on Google Cloud Platform in Tampa, Florida. You will work on large datasets, build ETL/ELT processes, and optimize data warehouses to support analytics and BI initiatives.

The role requires strong Python and SQL, BigQuery mastery, and hands-on experience with Dataflow, Airflow, Pub/Sub, and Spark. You will collaborate with data architects, analysts, and ML teams to deliver reliable, secure

Qualifications

• Experience with GCP data services, especially BigQuery.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing.
• Knowledge of data governance, IAM, encryption.
• Familiar with Airflow, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Spark.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable batch and streaming pipelines on GCP.
• Ingest data from APIs, databases, files, and streams into BigQuery.
• Develop transformation logic using SQL, Python, Beam, and Spark.
• Maintain BigQuery datasets, tables, and views.
• Orchestrate workflows with Cloud Composer and Airflow.
• Implement real-time processing with Pub/Sub and Dataflow.
• Optimize query performance and storage costs.
• Build data quality checks and recovery mechanisms.
• Ensure data access controls and governance.
• Collaborate with analytics, BI, and ML teams.
