Job Description:
Our Global Corporate & Investment Banking business focuses on building long-term relationships with more than 12,000 large U.S. and multinational corporations, financial institutions and financial sponsors. We provide strategic mergers and acquisitions advisory, corporate banking, treasury, debt and equity capital markets expertise to deliver integrated financial solutions. The industry groups within GCIB advise both corporate and financial sponsor clients within the Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Industrials, Natural Resources, Real Estate & Lodging, Telecommunications, Media and Technology sectors.
The Associate partners closely with team members across GCIB and works directly for the central COO team, focusing on driving productivity, business analysis and initiatives to help lead and manage the global business. Some key areas of focus include leveraging data and data visualization tools such as Alteryx and Tableau to assist business strategy and planning, client franchise analyses, business and banker performance measurement, competitor benchmarking and initiative tracking.
Candidates must demonstrate a combination of business aptitude, quantitative skills and strong written and verbal communication skills. Business Associates/Analysts are required to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.

US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100) Pay range $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
