Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• 2 years designing and scaling technology operating models within GCC environments.
• 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite and senior leaders across global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Shape technology strategy and architecture for GCC design and setup.
• Assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
