Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center (GCC) Technology Lead in the Charlotte area to shape technology strategy and architecture for GCC design and setup. You will work with solution teams, assess landscapes, define future-state architectures, and drive scalable technology solutions aligned to business objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation, with experience designing operating models and leveraging AI-enabled platforms to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• Experience designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC environments.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Work with solution teams and stakeholders to assess current tech landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend solutions aligned to target operating models and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring tech decisions support broader goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
