Accenture is seeking a GCC Reinvention Director to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup. This role spans client opportunities, market demand, and end-to-end reinvention with process reengineering, data, AI, and technology enablement across capability centers.

Responsibilities include origination support, defining future architectures, and ensuring alignment with the operating model.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation within Global Capability Center (GCC) strategy inclusive of cross-functional, end-to-end work reinvention with emphasis on process reengineering and data, AI & technology enablement for new or existing capability centers
• Minimum of 5 years of expertise in designing and scaling technology operating models, digital delivery organizations, platform-led transformation initiatives within GCC/GBS environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in enterprise technology, digital platforms, and system interoperability.
• Working closely with solution teams and client stakeholders, assess the current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend technology solutions that align with the target operating model and business objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring technology decisions support broader transformation goals.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
