Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Reinvention Director to shape technology strategy and system architecture for GCC design and setup at the HQ level. You will drive end-to-end reinvention initiatives across AI-enabled platforms, data, and enterprise technology to deliver scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to define future-state architectures, assess current landscapes, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation within GCC strategy and cross-functional reinvention with data, AI & technology enablement.
• 5+ years of expertise designing and scaling technology operating models and platform-led transformations within GCC/GBS environments.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled platforms, digital tools, automation technologies, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC/GBS setup engagements at HQ with expertise in enterprise technology and system interoperability.
• Assess current technology landscape, define future-state architectures, and recommend solutions aligned with target operating model and objectives.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and ensure technology decisions support broader goals.
• Travel up to 50%.
