Your Jam as a Sr. Sales Associate

• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert‑level knowledge of our gear, from the latest guitars to cutting‑edge recording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others.
• Customer Relationship Building: Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationships and help fellow Associates foster them. Help your team be the go‑to in the local music community.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep the store looking as cool as your favourite album cover. Organise displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
• Store Support and Operations: Practice your leadership abilities by guiding and mentoring your fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks. As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on for opening and closing the store as needed.
