Job summary

Guitar Center in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Sr. Sales Associate who loves music and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will engage customers, help them select gear, and lead by example in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will drive sales, mentor teammates, and manage store operations including opening/closing duties while keeping the store vibrant with music and merchandise. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more.

• Customer Relationship Building: Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationships and help fellow Associates foster them. Help your team be the go-to in the local music community.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
• Store Support and Operations: Practice your leadership abilities by guiding and mentoring your fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks. As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on for opening and closing the store as needed.
