Your Jam as a Sr. Sales Associate:

  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets with flair! Upsell and cross-sell like a pro by connecting customers with the perfect instruments and accessories to complete their musical setup.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear, from the latest guitars to cutting-edge recording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationships and help fellow Associates foster them. Help your team be the go-to in the local music community.
  • Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
  • Store Support and Operations: Practice your leadership abilities by guiding and mentoring your fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks. As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on for opening and closing the store as needed.
