Job Details

Position: Sales Manager

Location: Store 235, Guitar Center

Pay Rate: $21.78/hr - $40.59/hr depending on background and experience

This position is eligible for the Guitar Center bonus program based on company performance. Compensation varies based on experience, education, and other factors, with ranges provided in compliance with state laws.

About the Role

As a Sales Manager at Guitar Center, you will lead a dynamic sales team, drive revenue, and create memorable customer experiences. You will be responsible for inspiring your team, training staff, fostering a customer-first culture, building a high-performing sales crew, and managing store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead by example to motivate the team to exceed sales targets.
  2. Deliver impactful training on sales techniques and product knowledge.
  3. Ensure a customer-first approach in all interactions.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop sales staff.
  5. Manage inventory, labor, and schedules for operational excellence.
