Job summary

Clearly Clean Products LLC is hiring a Production Team Member in Greensboro, NC. The role involves staying active on the production line, performing quality checks, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace to meet safety standards.

You will work second shift, Monday–Friday, 3PM–11:30PM, joining a team focused on producing eco-friendly packaging and maintaining high quality throughout the line. Training is provided for non-motorized equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular quality checks on finished goods.
• Follow PPE requirements: safety glasses, gloves, hair/beard nets, hearing protection.
• Remove defective trays to keep production running smoothly.
• Use of non-motorized industrial equipment (training provided).
• Count, sort, and prep products for rework or storage.
• Inspect pallets to ensure they meet shipping requirements.
• Complete daily operator reports and other required documentation.
• Comply with safety practices and keep work areas and equipment clean and hazard-free.

In this role, you’ll help ensure every tray that comes off the line meets our strict quality standards while keeping your work area clean, organized to ensure a safe working environment and running smoothly. This is a hands-on job in a fast-paced manufacturing environment—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.
