Job summary

NorthStar Restoration Services is seeking a Restoration Lead Technician to guide fire restoration, mold remediation, and water damage projects. The role requires overseeing crews, selecting proper tools, and delivering high-quality results while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

You will assess damage sites, develop restoration plans, and maintain thorough project documentation. Strong communication with clients and responders is essential to coordinate progress and safety

Qualifications

• Proven experience in restoration with fire restoration, water damage repair, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement.
• Strong in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for restoration tasks.
• Knowledge of construction processes related to repair and rebuilding after damage incidents.
• Familiarity with cleaning techniques for fire damage, water extraction, carpet cleaning, and mold removal.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions and safety protocols accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and emergency responders.

• Lead restoration projects involving fire damage, water intrusion, mold remediation, asbestos abatement, and other environmental hazards.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 30-60 pounds frequently during shift. Occasional 100 pounds
