Job summary

InnoSoul, Inc. is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator (15+ years) for a remote-to-onsite role with the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

The candidate will support a hybrid cloud SAP HANA based enterprise solution for NC DOT and other state agencies, ensuring robust monitoring, integration with external data sources, and seamless operation of SAP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; progressive experience may substitute.
• At least 4 years of IT experience.
• U.S. citizens or work authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• 10+ years SAP Basis experience including HANA, SDI/SDA, SLT, PI/PO, Netweaver ICM, Gateway Services, Odata, iDocs, RFCs.

Responsibilities

• Support a hybrid cloud SAP HANA based enterprise solution for NC DOT and other state agencies.
• Contribute to evolution of the SAP HANA platform to deliver financial management solutions.
• Bring extensive experience in very large scale SAP HANA environments to the team.
• Lead small teams and collaborate with globally distributed teams across time zones when needed.
• Work remotely until staff return onsite, then transition to full-time onsite.

SAP Basis Administrator to join a growing team supporting a hybrid cloud SAP HANA based enterprise solution to the State of North Carolina Department of Transportation and other State Agencies.
This role will contribute to the evolution of the SAP HANA platform that will help NC DOT deliver best in class financial management solutions to meet the growing needs of the people of North Carolina.
This role will be expected to bring significant experience in very large scale SAP HANA environments to the team.

Basic Qualifications for SAP Basis Interfaces Administrator

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.

Preferred Qualifications for SAP Basis Interfaces Administrator

• A minimum of 10 years of SAP Basis experience including HANA 2.0, SDI/SDA, SLT, PI/PO, Netweaver ICM, Gateway Services, Odata, iDocs, RFCs.
• SAP HANA Monitoring and Management
• Experience connecting SAP to external data sources including REST, SOAP, SQLSvr, Oracle, DB2, Sybase,
• In depth knowledge on debugging and troubleshooting skills on native HANA.
• Familiarity with SDLC/ Agile /scrum methodology.
• Experience in leading small teams.
• Willing to work with globally distributed teams across time zones

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
