Job summary

UPS is seeking a candidate to administer gateway allocations, technical configurations, scheduled maintenance items, and inventory needs. The role maintains a master schedule for gateway openings, closings, and changes and collaborates with maintenance to determine required parts packages to support line maintenance and scheduled checks.

• Understand the relationship and impact of AC materials on maintenance operations
• Able to handle multiple task and meet deadlines
• Possess technical, statistical, or analytical aptitude in order to interpret airline requirements, technical documents, and statistical modeling
• Able to demonstrate proficiency in database computer skills and statistical methods

Responsibilities

• Analyzes material requirements and scheduled maintenance tasks.
• Processes Allocation Change Requests (ACR) from heavy and line maintenance facilities.
• Maintains the material database and controls the input of information into the system.
