Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a detail-oriented distribution center associate to read orders, verify accuracy, and support packing and stocking at our Brookfield, WI facility.

You will ensure proper handling of pallets, follow 5S principles, and adapt to changing tasks while maintaining safety standards and high-quality output.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good math skills and basic computer literacy.
• High attention to detail.
• At least one year of distribution center or quality experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend order information and work instructions.
• Knowledge of all systems in the distribution center.
• Verifies that incoming and outgoing orders are correct.
• Verifies that pallets and boxes match what High Jump reports.
• Ability to research and fix errors with orders/boxes.
• Identifies and corrects problem scans and communicates resolution.
• Assist in other areas of the cell as needed, such as material handling, stocking, and packing.
• Practice 5S and Safety.
• Able to react to change effectively and handle other tasks as assigned.
