St. Moritz Security Services is hiring an Unarmed Security Officer for the Fort Myers area. This part-time role involves patrolling assigned locations, observing and reporting activities, and enforcing site rules.

The officer must maintain detailed reports and work across 2nd/3rd shifts including weekends. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Florida security license, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must possess valid security license/registration in Florida.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screening as required by company/client.
• Ability to communicate clearly and write detailed reports.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work on time.

Responsibilities

• Execute security services as outlined in Post Orders and company guidelines.
• Conduct walking, vehicle, golf cart, and bicycle patrols as assigned.
• Identify and report security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards.
• Provide customer service and access control as needed.
• Write detailed incident reports and notify appropriate personnel.
• Follow all site policies, procedures, and post orders; participate in training.
• Respond to incidents per Use of Force Policy and company procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or client.
