Responsibilities

• Maintain security at the gated access points of Wasatch Peaks Ranch.
• Open/close gates according to operating hours.
• Interact professionally with contractors, visitors, staff, and members.
• Provide professional service to members and guests.
• Control access to authorized persons only.
• Monitor and direct security traffic at site.
• Observe entry/exit and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to emergencies and contact appropriate authorities.
• Operate video surveillance and logging systems.
• Complete patrols on foot or in security vehicle.
• Follow policies and incident documentation.
