Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• We participate in E-Verify.
• Must have valid TX Driver's License and favorable driving history.
• Active Non-Commissioned Security Officer License issued from the TX Dept of Public Safety Private Security Board.
• 1.5x overtime after 40 hours in a pay period.
• W2 position (OT starts after 40 hours in same work week & taxes taken out).
• First year of employment: PTO accrual up to 7 days; second year up to 10 days; fifth year max 15 days.
• Company pays up to $300 towards employee's health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Delegate, train and cover shifts as needed.
• Ensure shift coverage when call-outs occur.
• Ensure guards maintain licenses, uniforms, and equipment.
• Enforce dress code and company policy.
• Check trucks in/out of yard and perform perimeter checks.
• Coordinate with a second guard during peak daytime hours for efficient check-ins/outs.
• Write detailed daily reports of incidents for the customer.
• Protect property from theft or damage and ensure safety.
• Enforce security rules to prevent breaches.
• Arrive 15 minutes early to shift.
