Job summary

Per Mar Security Services is hiring a Gate Security Officer in Oak Creek, WI. You will manage access control at the facility's gate, monitor the back lot, and help ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

This full-time, 2nd shift position runs weekends. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid training. Daily pay option is available. High school diploma and a Private Security License are required.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess Private Security License.
• Ability to perform access control and surveillance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attend gate and control access for customers entering and leaving the back lot.
• Verify orders as customers depart and ensure accuracy.
• Inspect arriving vehicles and note items visible inside.
• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or rule violations.
• Walk the yard twice per shift and report suspicious activity.
• Intervene with individuals engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
• Call emergency responders for high-risk situations.
