Qualifications

• Experience with access control systems and visitor screening.
• Proficiency with security software for monitoring entrances and exits.
• Ability to use Excel for daily/information reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and monitor access control of employees and visitors.
• Verify visitors' IDs and issue badges.
• Take a photo of new employees for badge issuance.
• Issue proximity badges for specific areas.
• Monitor Lobby Track for entry/exit and badge usage.
• Monitor WIN-PAK for door access and employee records.
• Prepare daily and monthly security reports in Excel.
• Monitor cameras for intrusion and activity.
• Distribute and collect magazine keys each shift.
• Inspect trailers and monitor security during pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor lightning and evacuate as required.
