Duties/Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities between GAT (Global Alignment Team) and Local Site
  • Point of Contact for all GAT Topics
  • Planning and monitoring program execution
  • Project coordination and managing project interdependencies
  • Cross-project resource management
  • Identifying and addressing problems and risks
  • Program documentation
  • Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving
  • Aligning or realigning deliverables with program outcomes
  • Collect, maintain, analyze data and metrics to improve GAT and site performance
  • Ability to deal with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Able to start and persist with specific courses of action while exhibiting high motivation and a sense of urgency

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/business field required
  • At least 3 years of Program Management experience required
  • PMP Certified is preferred
  • Agile / Scrum experience

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of standing on concrete floor.
  • Prolonged periods of observing manufacturing operations.
