Qualifications

Scope

Requirements

We are interested in veterinarians and scientists specializing in:

• Veterinary gastroenterology.
• Gastrointestinal physiology.
• Intestinal barrier biology.
• Microbiome science.
• Microbial metabolites.
• Host–microbiome interactions.
• Probiotics, prebiotics, and postbiotics.
• Nutritional modulation of gastrointestinal health.

Relevant backgrounds include:

• Veterinary internists with substantial gastroenterology experience.
• PhD scientists in microbiology, microbial ecology, gastrointestinal physiology, microbiome science, or related fields.
• Researchers with strong canine or feline GI / microbiome programs.

5+ years of specialist clinical, academic, or industry work expected.
