Excellent communication and patient service skills.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and document nursing care plans.
Monitor vital signs; report changes and adjust care per orders.
Prepare patients for procedures and assist with exams.
Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for care plans.
