AMN Healthcare is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for a long-term locum assignment in Lewiston, Maine. The schedule is predictable, Monday through Friday, with a fully supported GI suite.

The role focuses on general GI care; ERCP/EUS experience is welcome but not required. Expect 14–18 endoscopy cases per day with a shared call structure and comprehensive malpractice coverage provided by AMN.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Gastroenterology.
• Licensed to practice in Maine.
• Experience with high-volume endoscopy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume endoscopy procedures (14–18 cases/day).
• Provide general GI care; ERCP/EUS welcome but not required.
• Collaborate with RN, techs, and anesthesia team.
• Follow a Monday–Friday schedule with shared call.
