Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join our hospital-based practice.

• Regional Gastroenterology Referral Center
• Award-winning GI care, rated among America’s 100 Best in Gastrointestinal Care by Healthgrades 2020 & 2021 and recipient of the Leapfrog Top General Hospital Award in 2020
• Offer diagnostic, therapeutic, and complex interventional gastrointestinal procedures (e.g., EUS, ERCP, ESD, capsule endoscopy, esophageal motility, hemorrhoidal banding) for inpatient and outpatient settings
• Over 800 referrals monthly, with approximately 8,500 procedures annually
• Five dedicated endoscopy suites equipped with state-of-the-art technology and anesthesia support
• Call schedule of 1:5, covering only one hospital, with a team including 3 Gastroenterologists, 2 GI Hospitalists, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Dietitian
• Physician autonomy with a flexible schedule promoting work-life balance
• Competitive compensation package, including a two-year income guarantee based on MGMA median total compensation for the Western U.S. ($550k–$650k+). Providers in this specialty typically earn above regional averages
• Relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available
