Opportunity Highlights

• 1 in 7 call schedule.
• Support staff includes 8+ midlevels, nurses, medical assistants, technical staff, clinical lab personnel (moderate complexity, supported by external pathologist), front office, and billing staff.
• Midlevels provide hospital rounding coverage, conducting physical exams, assessing health, ordering tests, interpreting results, prescribing medications, consulting with physicians, and referring complex cases. They also monitor therapies, triage calls, counsel patients, and document in medical records.
• ERCP and EUS training & experience strongly preferred.

Practice Information

• Office space: 17,283 sq. ft., 20 exam rooms, 4 procedure rooms, 16 triage/recovery rooms.
• Payor mix: 53% private insurance, 41% Medicare, 2% Medicaid, 3% self-pay, 1% other.
• Primary hospital: Gulf Coast Medical Center (1 mile); secondary: Bay Medical Sacred Heart (2 miles). Rotation every 5-6 weeks, 7am-5pm, weekends. Call split among physicians. Physician extenders utilized.
• Patient volume: 200-300 daily, booked 2-3 weeks out.
• Majority of colo/endo procedures at partnered ASC.
• Market leader in surrounding counties.
• NextGen EHR/PM system.
