Practice Model:

• General GI and or Advanced Opportunity (will offer on-the-job training for ERCP's)
• Current call 1:5, which will go down to 1:6 with 6th Physician.
• Currently a 5 Physician Group with 3 NP's
• NP's cover clinic call, while providers perform procedures and hospital call.
• Generous call pay.
• Total income in the top 5% of GI Practices Nationwide
• Protected salary with bonus potential for the first 2 years
• 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy-in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant.
