Job Opportunity in Wisconsin Rapids, WI

We are seeking a dedicated Physician specializing in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology to join our team at a well-respected facility in Wisconsin Rapids. This facility offers an inviting environment focused on patient care, featuring both outpatient and inpatient practice settings. Supported by advanced technology, including the Epic EMR system, this location is well-prepared to assist providers in delivering top-quality healthcare. Enjoy a balanced work schedule of a week on, week off, with 8am-5pm shifts, no call duties, and supportive advanced practice clinician (APC) assistance in clinic.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care in a clinic and procedure setting.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, working one week on and one week off.
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and management.
• Collaborate with APCs to enhance patient care delivery.
• Orient new staff and assist in ongoing training as needed.
• Conduct patient consultations and follow-ups as required.

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Internal Medicine - Gastroenterology is required.
• Completion of a fellowship in Gastroenterology is a must.
• Experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Active medical license in the state of Wisconsin is required.
• Must have the necessary hospital privileges.
