Northwest Health - Porter has an opportunity for a Gastroenterologist to join a well-established team of physicians. Advanced Gastroenterology procedures are performed within the network. Experienced physicians or new fellows are welcome! All physicians must be Board Eligible or Board Certified.

Indiana is considered 'physician friendly' due to malpractice reform and reduced non-compete restrictions. Live within 10 miles of the Indiana Dunes National Park!

About This Position: Compensation package includes Salary, Bonus, Stipend, Student Loans, Relo, CME, and MORE, exceeding $775,000.

Compensation Package breakdown:

1. Negotiable Guaranteed Salary based on experience + wRVU
   • New graduate: Greater of $550,000 + wRVU
2. Commencement Bonus and Fellowship Stipend up to $100,000
3. Student Loan Repayment up to $100,000
4. Relocation - $15,000
5. CME/Dues/Licensing - $4,500

Job Details:

1. Hospital-employed position in General Gastroenterology
2. 1:4 call schedule
3. Inpatient rounding and consults at only one hospital
4. Interest in ERCP-EUS is a plus!
5. Block Time allocated for endoscopy procedures
6. In the clinic: 2 endoscopy suites
7. Hospital: 2 endoscopy suites and 1 advanced endoscopy suite
8. Immediate practice with over 30 primary care referring physicians
9. Collaborate with top-notch ER physicians and hospitalists
10. Subspecialty support, including a closed ICU with intensivists
11. Dedicated office and procedure time with support staff to maximize efficiency
