Job description

Discover the coastal charm of Toms River, where the river meets the ocean.

Locum Gastroenterologist

1-week blocks: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with on-call responsibilities every night. Additionally, 24-hour weekend call coverage on Saturdays and Sundays, ending the following Monday at 7:00 am. This position is for inpatient care.

Anticipated procedures and surgeries include investigative endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, upper endoscopies, duodenoscopies, gastroscopies, barium swallows, and ERCP.

Requirements:

Active New Jersey Medical License or IMLC with Letter of Qualification (LOQ). Note that NJ licensing via IMLC typically takes approximately 30 days.
