Locum Tenens Pediatric Gastroenterologist Opportunity in the Bay Area, California

We are seeking a Pediatric Gastroenterologist for a locum tenens position in the Bay Area, California.

Requirements:

• Active California medical license
• Board certification in Pediatrics or Pediatric Gastroenterology

Details:

1. Duration: Starting June 2018 for 3+ months
2. Coverage: Flexible schedule from 1 to 4 weeks per month based on your availability
3. Call Schedule: Rotating 1:3, light call back
4. Procedures: Approximately 2-3 procedures per day
5. Support Staff: 17 physicians, 4 NPs, 3 RNs
6. Hospital: 300-bed facility with Epic EMR system

Scope of Practice Includes: GERD, recurrent abdominal pain, diarrheal disorders, failure to thrive, celiac disease, constipation, malabsorptive conditions, inflammatory bowel disease, peptic ulcer disease, chronic active hepatitis, biliary tract disease, inherited metabolic and immunological defects, pancreatic diseases.
