An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Gastroenterology Physician to join their dynamic team in California. This role involves providing comprehensive clinical care, diagnosing and treating a variety of gastrointestinal conditions, and conducting endoscopic procedures. The successful candidate will work closely with the Medical Director to implement quality care programs, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of healthcare. The Gastroenterology Physician will provide complete clinical care for all patients under the direction of the Medical Director and by written protocols. Gastroenterology Physician works in conjunction with the Medical Director in implementing and maintaining quality care programs.
Gastroenterologist - diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses that impact the small intestine, pancreas, bile ducts, liver, colon and rectum, gallbladder, stomach, and esophagus. Examine patients; take medical histories; prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. Counsel patients on diet, hygiene, and preventive healthcare. Endoscopic procedures may be conducted, which may include the extraction of tumors without surgery.
Required Education/Experience and or Licensure/Certifications
Salary range: $375,000 - $500,000 USD
