Gastroenterology Opening in Portsmouth, Ohio

Located 30 miles from Ashland, KY; 90 miles from Columbus, OH; and 100 miles from Cincinnati, OH.

Position Details:

1. Full-time, permanent position
2. 465-bed medical center offering opportunities for board-eligible/certified gastroenterologists
3. $700K guaranteed salary plus productivity and quality/customer incentives
4. Excellent benefits, paid malpractice, and a flexible work schedule including 7 weeks off and manageable call
5. Collegial practice with 7 gastroenterologists supported by experienced advanced providers
6. Serves a growing patient population of 750,000 in eastern Kentucky and southern Ohio, with a vast network of primary care providers and referrals from 20 area hospitals

Program Highlights:

• Procedures include colonoscopy, EGD, EUS, ERCP (diagnostic and interventional), endoscopic resection, balloon enteroscopy, esophageal ablation, and capsule endoscopy
• Two opportunities: Kentucky position with manageable call (1:7), Ohio position with an option for no call
