REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Gastroenterology

SCHEDULE:

• Coverage starting upon credentialing and payer enrollment, beginning August 2024.
• Shifts are Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p, with no call, weekends, or nights.
• Onsite orientation required on a weekday prior to the first assignment (typically 8a-5p), including administrative paperwork and EPIC training.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified in Gastroenterology - Required
• Active IL License - Required
• Availability as per request - Required
• Stratum Med Cover Sheet in Word format
• Two references per Stratum process
• Candidates who are clean and easy to credential are highly preferred
• Proof of COVID vaccine is required to work at the facility
