• Travail principalement externe avec prise en charge des cas par un NP.
• Gérer le travail de consultation avec l'assistance et les équipements en interne.
• Participer à l'encadrement externe, y compris les appels hors site.

Gastroenterology Physician at Medicus Healthcare Solutions summary :

Optimum is partnering with a medical center near Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to recruit a Gastroenterologist. The position offers a flexible schedule, primarily outpatient work, and support staff including CRNAs available 24 / 7. Optimum is proud to partner with a medical center 30 minutes outside Baton Rouge, Louisiana, with an opening for a Gastroenterologist to join their team.

Opening Highlights :

• Schedule : Monday-Friday, will consider a 4-day workweek
• Offsite call
• Mainly outpatient, the NP does all the IP rounding and prep for cases
• Average Monthly Census : 160 colonoscopy, 70 EGDs, & 195 outpatients
• Will take general GIs, but ERCP is preferred
• Full support staff, office admin, and CRNAs in-house 24 / 7
• EMR : Epic
• Board certification required
• Will sponsor J1 or H1B
