Qualifications

• IL license preferred due to licensing delays.
• Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine.
• Provider must perform therapeutic procedures like ERCP and EUS.

Responsibilities

• Provide call coverage only with a schedule of M-F 7a - 5:30pm.
• Manage 20 office patients and 12 hospital patients per day.
• Perform required procedures including colonoscopy and small bowel biopsy.

• Required Procedures: Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry, Esophageal Manometry Interpretation, Small Bowel Biopsy, Lower GI Endoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Colonoscopy, Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube, Capsule Deployment, Bravo, PH impedance, Breath test Interpretation, Esophageal and Anorectal Manometry Interpretation and Endoflip.
• Estimated 3 month credentialing timeframe

Submission Requirements :

• IL license at the time of submission - Highly Preferred due to IL licensing delays
• Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required at time of name clear
• Provider must be able to perform therapeutic procedures such as ERCP and EUS. - Required at time of name clear
